• This form is for inquiring the registration date, time and activities, not a confirmed booking.
• Our staff will contact you soon for the details of your appointment, and make a confirmation.
• Deposit: We require a 50% of the full payment for a deposit with cash or bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit.
• Final payment: You will pay the remaining amount in cash or bank transfer on arrival.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the selected date, will receive a 100% refund for the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 30% fee of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours to the selected date will incur a 50% fee of the deposit.
